this.width=screen.width*0.7; this.alt='Click here to open new window\nCTRL+Mouse wheel to zoom in/out';}" border=0></A> 电信ADSL 2M带宽包年890元 二、从带宽分析国内网络使用状况： 通过国内38个地区的网通ADSL和电信ADSL的宽带大小对比，我们可以得出以下结论。不管是网通还是电信提供给普通消费者的网络带宽都是在512K到4M之间，1M、2M大小的最为普遍。 如果网络实际速度真的能够达到电信网通宣传的那样的话，我们使用实际速度应该在64Kb每秒到512Kb每秒，而以128Kb和256Kb每秒最为普遍。这个速度还是可以保证日常使用的，无论是看在线视频还是玩网络游戏都没有任何问题，<A href="http://price.tech.qq.com/soft/index.php" target=_blank>下载</A>电影速度也有一定的保证，因为一般情况下提供下载服务的站点不会把速度不做限制的传输，所以128Kb到256Kb每秒基本是站点能够承受的最高速度了。 另外从网通和电信提供的带宽比较，网通ADSL基本只能提供最高2M的带宽，而电信则对这方面比较开放，有的地区可以开通4M带宽，这可能和南方网络资源丰富，用户需要高速度来下载这些资源有关。 三、从费用分析国内网络使用状况： 下面我们再来看看用户最为关心的使用网络的费用问题，从42个地区网通ADSL和电信ADSL的费用比较来看。 网通ADSL最便宜的是中原油田4M带宽带ADSL设备600元每年以后每年400元，平均下来4M带宽才33元包月；而最贵的则是北京512KB带宽包月要120元，两者价格竟然差别了15倍左右，同样的服务就因为地域不同就要多付出15倍的辛苦钱，这在北京用户眼中是非常不公平的，而且就国内网通ADSL平均包月费用来说还是接近60到80元包1M带宽的，总体和北京价格差异比较大。 电信ADSL最便宜的是山东聊城6M带宽20元每月，最贵的则是成都电信ADSL，1.5M带宽120元包月，512K带宽98元包月。两者比较下来差别在58倍，这个比网通的差别还大，而从平均上来讲价格还是控制在80元左右包1M带宽上。 四、总结： 对于用户来说永远都希望用最少的钱享受更高的带宽，然而电信和网通的策略不同，他们会根据各个地方的特色和消费水平对网络带宽使用费用进行调整，通过本次比较可见带宽使用费用差异还是很大的，最少和最多差别竟然高达60倍。
