标题: 我市近16万中小学生享受校方责任险
学校投保    政府买单 我市近16万中小学生享受校方责任险      省委、省政府十分重视中小学生安全工作，从今年9月1日起，全省千万名中小学生意外伤害事故校方责任险统一由政府买单。我市有近16万名学生参加了这一保险。     所谓校方责任险，就是在因校方过失给学生造成伤亡时，由保险公司代替校方承担经济赔偿责任。校方责任险是具有广泛社会公益性的险种，以校方依法应承担的民事损害赔偿责任为保险标的。学校投保后，一旦学生在校园内或学校统一组织的活动(包括体育课、课外活动、春游、夏令营和各类社会实践活动等)过程中发生保险责任事故，将由保险公司在第一时间向受害学生提供赔偿。     我市列入本次中小学校方责任保险范围的学生为：在全市小学、初中、普高、各类中等职业学校就读的学生和在其他全日制学校就读的中等教育阶段的学生（含技工学校、五年制高职前三年在校生以及经教育行政部门批准或登记的民办学校在校生）。
